什么是全棧方法?DevOps(英文Development和Operations的縮寫組合)是一組過程、方法與系統的統稱 ,用于在應用和服務的生命周期中破除部門壁壘,促進開發、運營和質量部門之間的溝通、協作與整合。在 DevOps 模式下,開發團隊和運營團隊在整個生命周期(從開發測試到部署再到運營)內相互協作,QA 和安全團隊也會與開發和運營工作更緊密地結合在一起。進而實現:

DevOps自2008年提出,2012年開始被業界認可, 企業接受度從2015年的66%增至2016年的74%。DevOps報告稱,軟件部署速度提高200倍,部署頻率提高30倍,變更成功率提高60倍,創新時間多出30%。 DevOps從管理方法論和工程方案上都已經很完整,引入企業需要自上而下的文化轉變自下而上的實踐支撐貫穿中間的工程落地。
