MoR Practitioner: 3小時有限開卷（M_o_R manual and the APMG guidance document ABC Consulting Ltd. only）,情景客觀題，4大題每題20分，50% (40/80) 通過

考試大綱

MoR Foundation

• Know the facts, terms, concepts and relationships between the four elements of the

  M_o_R  framework (principles, approach, processes and embedding and reviewing)

• Understand how the M_o_R  principles, approach, and processes are used

• Be able to identify the M_o_R  framework documents and understand their uses and differences

MoR Practitioner:

• Understand the relationships between the four elements of the M_o_R   framework

• Be able to apply the principles, approach, processes and techniques

• Be able to review and make recommendations to embed the M_o_R   framework

• Be able to create and assess any of the M_o_R   framework documents

    A: 所謂風險是指不確定的事件，萬一發生將對目標的達成產生一定的影響。

    A:風險管理是通過原則、方法和流程的系統綜合應用，以識別、評估風險，并對風險響應作出規劃和實施。

    A: 有助于組織更好滿足“企業內部控制基本規范”，“全面風險管理指引”等的要求，并培養風險管理國際化人才。

4、Q: 什么是MoR？

    A:風險管理是通過原則、方法和流程的系統綜合應用，以識別、評估風險，并對風險響應作出規劃和實施。

5、Q: MoR目前最新版本是什么？

    A：MoR于2002年由英國政府發布，不斷更新完善，目前為最新的第三版MoR 2010。
